Returns Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase you can return it to me in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item and I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (original delivery and return delivery costs, wherever made by Jo-Bill Spirit, will still be payable by the customer).

You can expect a refund for the costs of the goods in the form of a cheque within 5 days of Jo-Bill Spirit receiving your return.

Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect

If you are returning an item because of an error on my part or because it is damaged or defective, I will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it by refunding your return postage costs. You can expect a refund in the form of a cheque within 5 days of me receiving your return.

I will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event I find no fault, I reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover my fees and expenses from you.

Exception to this is any commissioned or bespoke work carried out – a separate contract will be completed at the time of taking the order, clearly stating works to be carried out. A deposit will be taken. Customers will be offered the chance to regularly visit the studio as work progresses or be given regular photographic updates as work progresses to avoid any dispute or disappointment regarding the quality of the commissioned work when completed.
