Keeping the customer satisfied!

"Today is the day I have been waiting for, I got the newly painted parts back for Perry's bike, and to be honest I am almost lost for words, it's perfect.   I have to say a huge thank you to Jo-Bill Spirit for all their hard work and obvious commitment and love for what they do, and a genuine desire to make sure that the customer is satisfied.   A level of customer service that is sadly getting harder to find these days, I really cannot recommend them highly enough.   Pictures will be up on their website of the entire project when everything is back on the bike and I will add them to facebook shortly afterwards.   Go and check out their website, consider this a personal recomendation, the service is as good as the the artwork!    Already thinking about the next paint job, probably on the FJ, and I already know who will getting the phonecall........"

"I had an idea in my head for a while, but neither the bike nor the skills to put it into action (I'm a welder not an artist.) After doing a little work to my bike and unfortunately losing 2 good friends in a short space of time, the rest of the idea was formed. "I had been so impressed with her artwork, and the quality of the signwriting on her van and car, I had no hesitation in asking Georgina to do my trailer for me. I had made a small version of my logo in MS Word which didn't scale up well, so Georgina recreated it and then researched the colours of the vinyl, giving me a couple of pallets to choose from. She quickly presented several versions for me to look at and always took into consideration my opinion. When it came to the font for further lettering, we spent about an hour going through the choices! She was very helpful in guiding me to something that was clear and went well with the logo. She even found a photo online of the same type of trailer, so we could play around with where everything could go. Georgina was able to come out the following week to apply the lettering and logo and it looked just like our Photoshop version, perfect! The very reasonable cost came in as estimated. She gave me several electronic versions of my logo so I could use it to order fliers and other personalised items in future that would exactly match the trailer. I'm now getting her to look at doing the car to match and she has already come up with some great ideas for that. Thanks Georgina!"
